It’s official … I am a blog hopeful. My name is Jamie and I have been teaching for 13 years. The last 6 have been in second grade. I feel like I have found my niche with second graders. I have two beautiful daughters and a supportive husband. I have no idea where this little blog of mine will take me but I felt like I needed to give it a shot. I really enjoy reading other teacher blogs and getting great ideas from them. I love to read about all the the different things teachers are doing. It is great inspiration. So I have been debating for about a year to start up my own blog, and since summer is here what a great time. So I gave it a little thought and googled and googled how to design a blog. After a few test runs {and not great luck} I decided to give in and get a little help. All of this cuteness did not happen over night. I have to give a shout out to the Cutest Blog on the Block. They really helped me get my ideas down and come up with a design. They also were very helpful with any questions I had.
I am excited and hopeful that this blog will lead to great things and many ideas. I can’t wait to see what happens. Maybe I will also hear from a future follower. So here is to me and all my future post.
