New Product, Free Worksheet Wednesday, and What I’m Lovin’ & Workin’ Wednesday

Before I get to my free worksheet and link ups, I wanted to let you know that I have just uploaded this product to my TpT shop!   It is a set of 8 Chalkboard Calendar/Number Cards.  You can see the colors that the cards come in below.  Each chalkboard frame sits on a small chevron print background.  The chalkboard frames are from my Chalkboard Frame Collection that can also be found in my TpT shop!  I used a chalk lettering to give it a more realistic appearance!  Each set has cards #1-31 with five blanks in each color.  These could be used for more than just calendar cards.  They would work great for labeling bins, shelves, lockers, groups, & etc…!  For today only I am marking this new product half off, so if you are interested just click on either picture below to be taken directly to the link in my TpT shop!
Now on to my free worksheet and link ups!
This is a printable of a future pack in progress.  I am working on a Back to School pack that has print-and-go printables for those first few days of school when you are trying to get school supplies organized, papers put where they belong, oh, you know the usual busy first few days!!  I hope this is something that you can use!
What I’m loving and workin’ this Wednesday is our Summer Survivor {Vacation Bible School} we have been having this past week.   I am also using it as my link for Workin’ It Wednesday because I have been putting a little of my own teaching abilities in and volunteering to help teach a class.  I am helping out in my youngest daughter’s class and we are having such a blast.  It starts every evening around 6:00 and last until about 9:00!  But we are moving at such a fast and fun pace that time flies!  I am really excited about the things my girls and the other children are learning at our church.  I wish you could see the turn out of kids.  It is amazing how many kids show up for this event each year!  I am also excited because part of the mission for the children this year is to bring in school supplies to help out local schools who are in need {melts a teachers heart}.  They are also raising money to supply desk and books for children in Kenya, Africia.   If you would like to see pictures of the events, look on Instagram at #summersurvivor2014!

This is how many students act in 2026. Teachers will identify with every single one of the students I portray here. Funny teacher video.

So what is this you might ask? It is my last minute version of a craft for Ground Hogโ€™s Day. I canโ€™t be the only one who decides the day of to do a craft and wing it, right? It looks more like a bear๐Ÿคฃbut it was suppose to be a groundhog with facts about Ground Hogโ€™s Day. No directions required just pull construction paper and glue. Youโ€™re welcome!๐Ÿ˜‰ ... One of my most favorite boards in my classroom is this ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป bulletin board right here! This is how it looks at the beginning of each year. As the year progresses I hang student art work and writings up. At the end of the year I take the work off and it is in order, neat and tidy, and students now have a portfolio of their best 2nd grade work. The bright folders I use to match my classroom theme are cut in half and the sign is just typed up in PowerPoint.

Here is a link to the bright file folders I used on this board (I use the extra folders to keep stuff stored in my filing cabinet): amzn.to/4mS2GhY
