Five for Friday

I finished a new product and can’t wait to use it in my math center!  You can check it out by clicking on the images!  This product along with all my other products will be on sale for the BIG TPT Back to School sale!  I can’t wait to unload some of my wish listed items into my cart!!
Thanks to Starr Spangled Planner for the cute button!

Have you heard the news:  ALL of these fabulous nail wraps from Jamberry Nails are retiring.  That is right, they will be a thing of the past come September 1st!  Why do I feel the need to rush and buy all of them?  Just kidding, but I am going to pick out stock up a few of my favs!  Grab your favs too, before it it to late at jamieknefely.jamberrynails.net!

I start back to school on Monday and the kiddos come back on Thursday!  So, this past week it has been a mad dash for the finish!   I made some really cute polka dot labels to go on my supply boxes!  To read how I organize student’s supplies click here.   We do not have lockers, but we do have backpack hooks in our room.  Last year was the first year I had students arguing over hooks.  This year I decided to make numbers for the hooks that way everyone is assigned a spot!   I also do a behavior token system with my clip chart.  I spruced those up as well with a cute doodle font instead of just plain polk a dots!   If any of you are using a black and white polk-a-dot theme with yellow you can grab these for free!  They will also fit on Avery label size 2X4! Click on any of the images to download the freebie. I have only made them to match my theme for now!  I used a circle punch to cut out the circle shapes.

Numbers go from 0-30!
I also made magnets to hand out on Meet the Teacher night.  I know most people order magnets, but it is so easy to make your own and just print out.  After I print it out I stick a small magnet on the back.  I think they turned out cute.
This little baby is about to get put to good use!  I have already decided which activities I am going to use as time fillers on Thursday and Friday!  The students only come on two days next week!  This product along with all of my products will be on sale with TpT back to school sale starting on August 4th!   This pack is perfect for those first few days of school!   I can’t wait to use the Backpack Glyph and Find a Friend activity!  Click on the images to check it out!

Happy Friday!!   Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek. I {heart} comments and followers.

This is how many students act in 2026. Teachers will identify with every single one of the students I portray here. Funny teacher video.

So what is this you might ask? It is my last minute version of a craft for Ground Hogโ€™s Day. I canโ€™t be the only one who decides the day of to do a craft and wing it, right? It looks more like a bear๐Ÿคฃbut it was suppose to be a groundhog with facts about Ground Hogโ€™s Day. No directions required just pull construction paper and glue. Youโ€™re welcome!๐Ÿ˜‰ ... One of my most favorite boards in my classroom is this ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป bulletin board right here! This is how it looks at the beginning of each year. As the year progresses I hang student art work and writings up. At the end of the year I take the work off and it is in order, neat and tidy, and students now have a portfolio of their best 2nd grade work. The bright folders I use to match my classroom theme are cut in half and the sign is just typed up in PowerPoint.

Here is a link to the bright file folders I used on this board (I use the extra folders to keep stuff stored in my filing cabinet): amzn.to/4mS2GhY
