So what is this you might ask? It is my last minute version of a craft for Ground Hogโs Day. I canโt be the only one who decides the day of to do a craft and wing it, right? It looks more like a bear๐คฃbut it was suppose to be a groundhog with facts about Ground Hogโs Day. No directions required just pull construction paper and glue. Youโre welcome!๐ ... One of my most favorite boards in my classroom is this ๐๐ป bulletin board right here! This is how it looks at the beginning of each year. As the year progresses I hang student art work and writings up. At the end of the year I take the work off and it is in order, neat and tidy, and students now have a portfolio of their best 2nd grade work. The bright folders I use to match my classroom theme are cut in half and the sign is just typed up in PowerPoint.
Here is a link to the bright file folders I used on this board (I use the extra folders to keep stuff stored in my filing cabinet): amzn.to/4mS2GhY

Jamie,
I found your blog through the Currently April linky. It's nice to find another 2nd grade, Texas teacher. ๐

Psyched to be in 2nd!
Thanks for stopping by! I actually am a Louisiana blogger who just happens to live really close to the Texas state lines. So we are making a day trip over Texas to do a little shopping. Great to hear from another second grade blogger.

Non-stop weeks with no breaks are the worst! At least you have your girls weekend to make up for the hectic week! sounds like such a fun time!

Thanks for stopping by!!!
I'm exhausted just reading about your week! That seems like torture. Even your evening is full of multi-tasking. Two baths while blogging! Hope your trip to Canton can bring a slower pace and peace to your days!
This week has been a little more hectic that usual. Hopefully next week will slow down. Thanks for stopping by!!!

Please share pics of some of your new purchases! I'm jealous…we don't have good shopping in Albuquerque, so I'll live vicariously through you ๐ Glad you get to spend some time with family this weekend!
I will try my best. Sometimes I am horrible about remembering to take pictures. One thing you have that I love is a Trader Joe's. Once when traveling through Albuquerque we stopped off and shopped at a Trader Joe's and I loved it. I wish we had one here. They have so many neat different types of foods and snacks.

Have fun on your shopping trip! I'm extremely jealous of your release date! May 22!?!?
