So what is this you might ask? It is my last minute version of a craft for Ground Hogโs Day. I canโt be the only one who decides the day of to do a craft and wing it, right? It looks more like a bear๐คฃbut it was suppose to be a groundhog with facts about Ground Hogโs Day. No directions required just pull construction paper and glue. Youโre welcome!๐ ... One of my most favorite boards in my classroom is this ๐๐ป bulletin board right here! This is how it looks at the beginning of each year. As the year progresses I hang student art work and writings up. At the end of the year I take the work off and it is in order, neat and tidy, and students now have a portfolio of their best 2nd grade work. The bright folders I use to match my classroom theme are cut in half and the sign is just typed up in PowerPoint.
Here is a link to the bright file folders I used on this board (I use the extra folders to keep stuff stored in my filing cabinet): amzn.to/4mS2GhY

I have my son's birthday party tomorrow and I still need to put together the decorations! Ahhh! The end of the school year is just so busy! ๐ -Natalie-
Party planning sounds like fun… but definitely a lot of work!
It's the weekend – so you deserve to treat yourself to a pedi!!!

Sounds like you deserve a pedicure with a foot massage with that busy schedule! Hope the party goes well!

Funky First Grade Fun
I'm guessing you're in the south, because I don't know of many other places that get out on May 22nd. It's our last day, too! Well, the teachers have to go on the 23rd, but other than that we are D.O.N.E. ๐ Of course, I'm the nut job who is teaching summer school and starting another endorsement. Have fun getting ready for the birthday party, though I think we may both have to sneak out for pedicures. ๐

Lessons Learned
Enjoy putting together your daughter's birthday party! I just finished giving a retirement party and now am planning a bridal shower….it's never ending. I'm SO in need of a pedi and put that on my Currently too. Let's make it a teacher date!

Short and Sassy Teacher
Soo…much to do and so…little time! More hours in the day and some superhero stamina in our bodies would be great but even without that we teachers manage to get it all in…."No worries" and all…that's a true superhero if you ask me!!! Happy planning!
