So what is this you might ask? It is my last minute version of a craft for Ground Hogโs Day. I canโt be the only one who decides the day of to do a craft and wing it, right? It looks more like a bear๐คฃbut it was suppose to be a groundhog with facts about Ground Hogโs Day. No directions required just pull construction paper and glue. Youโre welcome!๐ ... One of my most favorite boards in my classroom is this ๐๐ป bulletin board right here! This is how it looks at the beginning of each year. As the year progresses I hang student art work and writings up. At the end of the year I take the work off and it is in order, neat and tidy, and students now have a portfolio of their best 2nd grade work. The bright folders I use to match my classroom theme are cut in half and the sign is just typed up in PowerPoint.
Here is a link to the bright file folders I used on this board (I use the extra folders to keep stuff stored in my filing cabinet): amzn.to/4mS2GhY

Haha, I've seen that project life one at Michael's too. I have some of my grandmother's recipes – but I'm torn because I want them to stay in her handwriting, so do I just scan them?! Oh decisions, decisions. I'm also very intrigued about your little computer gadget. Keep us posted.

Lessons Learned
The project life comes with photo sleeves that I guess you could use as inserts to keep the handwritten recipes!! That way you would still have them in one spot, but in their original form!!

Love the Project Life book for recipes. I'll have to check that out. I have a lot of them all over the place too.

I just stumbled across your blog, and for some reason it seemed familiar. I clicked on the link to your TPT store and I figured out why! Our school is a Reading Street school too, so I've definitely checked out (and probably purchased) some of your products! I got a similar tablet like yours around Christmas. I agree that they're a bit tricky and tough to get used to, but they are super cool! I'm trying to spread the word that I'm trying to start a new weekly linkup called Sell It Saturday. I thought you may be interested in joining. I just did the first post today! I'd love for you to join in!

Teaching In A Nutshell
This is my first time reading your blog. I totally know what you mean about summer and having a dirty house! It is so hard to keep it clean during the summer and I have not motivation to clean it when it gets dirty ๐ haha

I want the Project Life recipe cards. I don't know how I haven't seen those before. We just got a brand new Michael's on the Beach. I need to go check and see if they have them there!
